Hello, I need help with the following. Thank you!

Case

A native American male active-duty Army Master sergeant (MSG) Alo (36) and his Hispanic wife Isabella (39) OIF veteran have two children Max (5) and Bella (9). Alo and Isabella have been married for 12 years. Alo enlisted in the army to support his mother, father, and five siblings financially and give them a better life. Alo, a combat engineer, was deployed to Iraq in 2005 and Afghanistan in 2015. His truck was hit by a roadside bomb during his initial deployment. Alo was transported to Landstuhl, Germany for treatment of a traumatic brain injury (TBI) and shrapnel in his left leg. Remarkably, he was able to rejoin his platoon just 2 months later. Ever since Alo got injured, he has been dealing with a persistent ringing in his ear, anxiety, neck pain, low energy, and difficulties focusing. Following his 9-month deployment, Alo was stationed at Fort Lee, Virginia where he met his wife Isabella, who was serving as a military police sergeant. Isabella has ten years of active-duty experience and has been deployed to Iraq. Isabella has been experiencing nightmares, excessive fear and worry about the future, random anger outbursts towards her husband and children, and headaches. Isabella experienced sexual assault by her supervisor while on deployment. The supervisor was later moved to a different platoon and relieved of duty. Isabella has been diagnosed with PTSD but has never received treatment for it. Isabella made the decision to leave the Army in order to start a family with Alo. Isabella sometimes regrets leaving the Army and blames her husband for her unhappiness with her new civilian lifestyle as a stay-at-home mother. Even though it's been more than a decade since Isabella stopped serving in the military, she still struggles to adapt to civilian life. Alo and his family recently moved to Fort Cavazos, Texas. As this marks Alo's final PCS move before retirement, he had the opportunity to choose his lastPCS location. They decided on Texas because Fort Cavazos is just a 45-minute drive from his wife's family and friends. For the first time, their children can now live near family. Alo justreceivedorders for another6-month deployment. Isabella and her husband are worried about the upcoming deployment due to their unstable relationship and feelings of extreme unhappiness. Isabella has been struggling with feeling close to her children and her husband. She has been feeling angry at times towards her family for no particular reasons. Her behavior in return has push Alo further apart and Isabella believes that her husband is spending more time at work than he is supposed to just so he doesn't have to be home as much. Alo has been suffering from nightmares and has also been getting angry at his wife and children.

Alo is worried about visiting the behavior health center on post, so the couple opted to go to the nearby Vet Center where I am currently employed as a Family Therapist. The couple is seeking therapy due to their continues conflict they are experiencing. The couple is concerned with the upcoming deployment and are afraid of being separated because they believe that the deployment may push them away even further. The couples goal is also to reconnect and work on their communication. Their daughter Bella recently has been skipping school and displayed an unusual behavior when at home. The family is concerned about her behavior as well.
