Hello, I was wondering what this meant.

The result of a simple regression analysis using all 12 data points yielded an intercept of $12,383.33 and a coefficient for the independent variable of $138.46. (R-squared = 0.21, SE = $1,017.60.)

I understand to plot the quarters as "x's" on the graph with the return expenses as the "y's" but don't know if the question above is another plot of extra information. Thank you for your time.
