The project scope statement is a document that details some, or all, of the folowing.

1. Project description

2.Project requirements

3.Project deliverables

4.Exclusions

5.Acceptance criteria

6.Estimated project schedule

7.Resource requirements

8.Estimated cost of the project

9.Project constraints

10.Project assumptions

I am working on project constraints and this section outlines any limitations or restrictions that the project may encounter. I only spoke about budget and schedule. I know there are more constraints.

Are budget and schedule the only constraints? What about scope limitations (exclusions) or change orders? Can those be constraints? Why or why not?
