I would like the experts help, on creating a personal reflection example/sample on a person's crisis management abilities.

It can be an imaginary person or somebody known at a current top management position like Alfred F Kelly Jr, who is the chairman and CEO of VISA. Possibly focus on recognition of crisis, rapid decision making, adaptability, readiness for continuity and team engagement skills.
