I arrived in Cape Town two days before the Global Program started to explore a little before emerging in the program. Just an hour or two in the electricity when off in the hotel. A day later, while visiting the Hard Rock Caf, the electricity went off too; after being here a few days, I realized that it is an ongoing issue due to the lack of infrastructure.

It didn't take long after landing at Cape Town and having at least one power outage in different locations to realize that there was a lack of infrastructure. Moreover, South Africa needs diversity to deal with the many social challenges it currently faces. There is a clear division in social classes, race, and color of skin. The main road divides the white neighborhoods from the black and people of color neighborhoods. There is a sign in the hotel warning guest to always beware of their surroundings. Why is there so much crime? Doesn't South Africa have a lot of Dimond? How is it possible that as a third-world country in 2022, 18.2 million people in South Africa wereliving under 1.9 U.S. dollars, the international absolute poverty threshold defined by the World Bank.(National poverty line in South Africa as of 2022, 2022). The unemployment rate reached Among young South Africans (15 to 24 years) and the unemployment rate was at its highest, 59.6 percent.(Unemployment rate in South Africa from Q1 2019 to Q3 2022, by age group, 2022) A clear signal that South Africa is unsafe does it its poverty. South Africa could benefit from education, job creation, community enhancement, and technology. From our standpoint, as Social Entrepreneurs and Global managers, we need to decide what we can do to make a change to influence social entrepreneurship in the country. I currently work at a school, so my initial thought is to start by educating the young generation to become future entrepreneurs. Yes, this possesses a long-term plan with no fast gains, but the future would produce a change in the long and permanent run. The support for the next generation of social entrepreneurs involves social entrepreneurship to belong in the education system.Being bored in poverty means for the majority that their decedents are likely to remain in poverty, creating a vicious cycle. The division between people of color and whites is evident. The main road divides the neighborhoods between the whites and the blacks, or people of color.

As for companies to want to open businesses here and create jobs, the government would need to invest and build infrastructure, reduce the tax rate and develop technological advances, which are very costly. Some ways South Africa can get out of poverty besides educating the young generations would be by trade and migration so that the people of South Africa have access to opportunities. The government could provide incentives to help them move to find more opportunities and help the population be more sustainable. They could support programs such as housing or childcare to aid the transition of migrating. This would help people get settled and transition. Move from rural areas to places where there is more opportunity. In addition, if big corporations could start doing business in South Africa, the system could be created to contribute to social needs instead of placing high tariffs. If there is no infatuation, there is no technology, running water, basic necessities, and electricity. Why would corporation wat invest in South Africa?

With the apartheid, the tax structure is 1% of the population, the whites pay taxes, and because of the opposition, they have not been able to deliver to restructure their text; white people are the ones who pay taxes. Color and black most petite population pay taxes, but the largest do not, people of color and blacks. Inadequate pay taxes, a large percentage of the population is hit with poverty. They have an inadequate tax structure making corporate businesses don't hint to do taxes here due to that tax. Also, what do I get for working here? They don't get social security or healthcare. Tipicly you get

South Africa has had the longest inequality gap. It is 60% of inequality, and employment had been high after covid is the highest at 40 %. Slow GDP AND covid didn't help the economy here in South Africa

One of the many lessons learned from the reading is that learning about social entrepreneurship enables us to identify and study patterns in which, later, we can create systems to produce change.

It is no news that Immigration, inequality, and globalization disturbance, slow down growth and disturb the harmony for sustainability, thus creating anxiety

It is no news that Immigration, inequality, and globalization interruption slow down growth and disturbs harmony for sustainability, thus creating anxiety. Migration is an essential critical infrastructure.Politicians often use the supply and demand model to explain how immigration is a problem for the American workforce. The idea includes statements such as immigrants taking jobs away from actual citizens, those hiring immigrants lower wages for the rest of the workers, and that immigrants are ready to move if they have an opportunity. What is not talked about, as the book points out, is the fancy that these immigrants are whiling to take the jobs no other person is doing to perform. Another detail that is never talked about is the fact that immigrants also contribute to capitalism. Immigrants, like everyone else, need to apport to pay rent, fees, food, and provide and receive services, thus serving the economy just like the retest of the population would.

Economists believe that cross-border migration brings advantages. Voters, on the other hand, overestimate the presence of immigrants, a feeling thatpoliticians exploit.Just 1.5 million to 2.5 million migrants move into the European Union annually. That's less than 0.5% of Europe's population. What's more, most of them arrive legallyand with firm offers of employment.

Trump focuses on immigration from Mexico. Le Pen campaigned in 2017 by claiming that 99% of immigrants were adult males when just 58% of migrants are grown, men. She also insisted that 95% of immigrants to France live off the state. In truth, some55% of immigrants to France were officially employed.

The most fundamental misunderstanding about immigration is that residents of poor countries can't wait to move to the United States or Europe. One example many of us have heard is that immigrants willing to work for low pay show up in a community; they trigger the reduction of wages for some percentage of the local population.

Migrants are not just workers; they're also consumers. "The newcomers spend money: they go to restaurants, get haircuts, and go shopping. This creates jobs and most jobs for other low-skilled people."
