Hello I'm struggling with preparing a research question on (Gender Bias) in the workplace and listing the dependent and independent variables as well as the measures that would be answered using non-parametric techniques and emphasizing which measure, or population parameter that would be best result in the need to use non-parametric techniques? Also what are the dependent variable(s) and independent variable(s) are, as well as the level of measurement I should focus on for each?
