Also, plot the aggregate demand function. h) The only coffee shop in town charges $5 dollars per cup. How many cups will each consumer buy? c) The City Council has decided to make it illegal to sell coffee (very addictive, as you may know) in the city. How much money are Liza and Ben (only coffee drinkers in the city) willing to spend in a campaign (that would certainly succeed) to see that decision reversed? d) OK, the campaign was unnecessary: the Council just dropped the prohibition. Instead, it has decided that consumers would need to buy a license in order to be allowed to buy coffee. The license fee has been set at $20. How many cups will the coffee shop sell (still at $5 per cup)
