Hello, please examine the correlations between previous month's sales and the other variables. What results stand out to you? If you were a marketing manager in charge of the telemarketing staff and operations, would the data suggest any actions to you?

My analysis-(I do notice the significance value (p-value) of .503 is less than the alpha .05 negative and the -.033 correlation with number of calls completed. Does this mean there's no significant relationship with previous month sales? is it true that correlations closer to 1 or -1 indicate stronger direct or inverse relationships b variables? If so, aren't they all close to 1 or -1 except for number of sales training modules completed? I also see there may be a strong correlation between prev month sales and months in tele-sales at company(.632 and .000), am I understanding correctly? If so, please explain why or why not) Thank you!
