Hello,
Please help answer the 4 questions below. Thank you
1) 2) 3) 4) Assume that you are in Nebraska and you get into a car accident with someone from Maine. Both of you want to sue each other. Explain everything both 1) you and 2) the other driver must consider just to file the lawsuit before any pretrial matters can start. Make sure that you clearly and precisely identify each and every step we have covered in class. Assume that you have correctly led your lawsuit against whomever you are suing (this question is not related to Question 1) while also considering how else you can settle your dispute with the other party. What happens in your lawsuit after you have led it? Explain each and every step all the way to the state supreme court. At the same time, what happens in your other efforts to settle the dispute outside of court? Explain each and every step, making sure that you also critically examine which method of dispute resolution works best for you and why. Assume that you are running a business, and you want to act responsibly. Identify and discuss every possible ethics principle and law(s) that you should consider from what we have covered in class, being careful to explain why each and every one of them is important in how you run your business. Assume that you have a business and everything goes wrong and everybody wants to sue you because they say that you are the one to blame. Identify all the tort claims that they can bring against you, making sure to identify not only the facts, but also the legal issues that the facts give rise to, and conjecture about what the results of each lawsuit against you might be. You may make up whatever facts you wish; you are not going to be graded on a right or wrong answer, but you will be graded on how complete, detailed, and accurate your understanding of the concepts is. Go for it! Be creative
