Question #2: Some have said that it is not right that the entire Congress can pass a law, the President can sign it, the majority of the citizens can support it and then a one-vote 5-4 decision from the Supreme Court can nullify that law. Should the Supreme Court be able to go against the majority opinion in the country just because they think something is unconstitutional? Explain
