Hello the business I wish to start up would be adult day center for the elderly and mentally challenged. I am somewhat confused on how to answer the question below. U am well aware I would have to acquire a building but I feel that would be a fixed costs. Can you aid me with some other fixed and variable costs. I am aware I would need various supplies as well.

What are some key fixed and variable costs for this business? Remember, fixed costs do not change when output changes. That is, fixed costs remain even if the company is producing nothing. Variable costs increase as output increases.
