Hello there! I wanted to know if you can help me to solve this law question! Please refer to Malaysian law as this question involving the law in Malaysia. Please list all the law that was involved in this question too. Here is the question :

Ali purchased 50 tables and 50 chairs from Perabot Lina Sdn Bhd by cheque in which Perabot Lina Sdn Bhd delivered 50 tables and promised to send the chairs later. However, it is found that the cheque was dishonored. Advise Perabot Lina Sdn Bhd as to their rights of an unpaid seller.
