ANSWER: It's an absolute NO from me, I would rather consider having a good relationship at work, hospitable

work environment, leisure time outside the work than having good salary. Because in my opinion, a happy and healthy life can be lived only if you have a peaceful mental health which everybody accepts or try to. In that case, there is no point in earning a huge sum when you don't lead a non -stressful life.

A recent study by Michael Page concluded that, "candidates value a g ood atmosphere in their future work place than a high salary". In addition to that, results from Thibaud Ades of candidate priority says, "Choosing job is like choosing a life partner". That statement contains all kind of messages for people who are in a dilemma to choose between salary or the work environment. Money can be earned at any point of time but losing our mental and physical health is something I wouldn't risk in the process of gaining wealth. For instance, I had come across a family man who had to focus a lot at work, so that he could earn more but resulted in losing his health and lost his love of life. Things could drastically change when it not handled sensibly. As stated above I prefer opting a better work environment than having huge salary.
