Gama, who had spent a considerable amount to fix the beach house, reminded Roselle of their agreement. He said that Roselle is bound to respect their contractual agreement to allow Gama to rent the property for as long as he likes, therefore, he may only vacate the property if he decides to. On the other hand, Roselle said she is willing to give Gama one more year to stay in the property. Is Gama correct? Reasons.
