Hello tutors!

I would like to ask for assistance on this hw assignment please! I have been stuck on them for several days and I couldn't figure out on how to solve it. My teacher is nice but the way that they present their information made us all confused and annoyed. I tried looking back into my notes but nothing comes up in understanding how to solve it. Help would be greatly appreciated! It would also be better if it was in PDF or Word because it is hard for me to see the handwritting at times. Sorry for my English as it is my second language.
