The Style of the Bible Study

The JUTST MILK lessons are collaborative in nature. This style (or approach) requires a facilitator-type leader (which is the process of making an action or topic easier to understand). Dominant or authoritative leadership and training styles do not foster an atmosphere conducive to conversation and individual growth.

The primary responsibility of the facilitator is to assist the study's overall objective, which is best achieved through group collaboration. Therefore, the facilitator needs to be someone who enables the group to discuss together collaboratively, sharing their resources, and coming to some common plan of agreement.

No certification is required to serve as a facilitator. Anyone may organize and facilitate the studies in these classes.

However, the facilitator should have an understanding of the following fundamental concepts:
