system consisted of TWO (2) major subsystems which are injection unit and clamping
unit. Table 1 shows the number of component assemblies for the injection unit and
clamping unit respectively. The injection molding cycle time was an average of 90
seconds.
Note : injection molding cycle time is the total time required to complete all the stages
of the injection molding cycle.
