help edit... I firmly believe that dual credit programs have significantly impacted the El Paso region. I've observed high school students graduating with an associate's degree or with sufficient credits to further their education and complete college in less time than traditional students who do not participate in dual credit programs. I had noticed the annual growth in the college student population, but now I can see that this increase might be attributed to the dual credit programs in our region. I know students from large families where parents often struggle to afford college due to financial constraints. The tuition and fees that college students must pay can make college attendance more challenging. The cost-free nature of the dual credit program provides substantial relief for many families in El Paso. I was previously unaware that local business partners played a role in increasing the number of dual credit teachers in our region. It seems that the number of such teachers in El Paso has risen, surpassing the figures mentioned in the interview featured in the module. I consider myself fortunate to have been invited to teach a dual credit music course at the high school where I am currently employed
