HELP!!!!

In Newtonian mechanics, space and time are absolute quantities: the length of a meterstick and the time between ticks of a clock are the same to any observer, whether moving or not. But relativity, challenges these notions to explain why a fast- moving rocket is and the clock on the rocket ticks longer, faster shorter, faster longer, slower shorter, slower
