Employers may see that all of these employee benefits help to promote employee moral and motivation, but at what cost? In our current economy, it is difficult for almost everyone to survive, but employers are unable to keep up with the demand of employees as it is unrealistic to provide all these employee benefits. Organizations can try to address the rising costs by surveying their employees to understand what benefits are most important to be offered. This model can cut costs and ensure that employees receive the necessities they need to stay motivated in their positions. Personally, employee benefits are something I search for the most when reviewing what organizations I would want to work for in the future. To me it is most important to have good insurance and retirement or pension plans offered through the organization I work for. Today it is extremely hard to prepare for retirement since most are living paycheck to paycheck, this is why I look for pension plans or match retirement funds offered by organizations
