help lila respond with questions and more information on this At my most recent job , I received on-the-job training which is getting hands-on experience with someone with higher experience by your side. And E-Learning (computer training), which lasted days of only reading and watching tons of videos. That was the only training I received but since it was near holiday time for retail it was very limited and I only received this once or twice. I would've liked to receive follow up training such as cooperative training. A lot of my job is with knowledge and I would've liked a private time to learn rather than learning on the spot by myself. Learning more privately and I would've been more confident in sizing and how to help people. Although after we receive the job and continue we get coaching and roleplaying at least 3 times a month to keep up with our knowledge
