help me do like a general code, for this questions please. Including comparing numbers and taking out the last two nonzero numbers. if can give a lightly written code for my welcoming note. thank you.

THE TASK: This year theme is about law \& order. You are required to program 2 out of 4 , of these TASKS; * (1) arrange numbers in ascending order, (2) arrange numbers in descending order, (3) calculate the sum of all numbers or (4) calculate the difference between all numbers and it has everything to do with your matric numbers. Users must input their matric number and the rest will depends on the program to provide us with all the information. The task assigned will be decided by the lecturers. THE RULES: 1. There will be a welcoming note when you run your program. The welcoming note should be display with creativity of changing the text format (i.e. highlighted, bold, italic, underline etc.). 2. There will be brief instructions after the welcoming note so users can understand on how to use the program. 3. All students must insert your simple names and matric numbers and the program will pick the last two digits of your matric number as input numbers for given task respectively of the first 3 students. 4. If the number identified is zero (0), scan for previous number on your matric ID until it finds a nonzero value. Use that one instead. 5. A menu will appear in which users (Lecturers) will decide whether to do any of the TWO TASKS assigned. 6. The display should provide users with the correct answers. 7.
