Just to add, during the Safe Parking Program, we had to be a bit proactive the site would be accessible at 6PM and 6AM, during that time on Tuesday and Thursday's around 6-8/9pm to meet with participants, that were not able to meet with Case manager during office hours, and during that time. Security was the main check-point because they took attendance. So, intake was part of enrollment, and functions of program. Req to meet once a month, some ppl would come in after intake and request incentives but would not access the Safe Parking Program throughout the month. Not to say Shamika Jones was one of the individuals who did this, but this was part of the program requirements
