The surface temperature of the watermelon is 4.45 C and its average diameter is 11.4 cm. By assuming the watermelon shape is a prefect sphere, calculate the heat transfer coefficient for the air blown pass the watermelon. (17 Marks) (b) Determine the heat transfer rate to the watermelon from air. (8 Marks)
