Make a antecedent + behavior + consequence scenario

I am an EA in a Grade 6 classroom and will collect baseline data about Fred's behavior for a 5-day period (October 2-6). The behavior that I need to track is that Fred likes to stomp on his feet during science class.

I will be gathering scatterplot data during 1-hour intervals. School starts at 8:3 a.m., lunch is 11:30-12:30 p.m., and school is dismissed at 2:30.
