help me rephrase To keep you informed of my degree plan, I decided to drop the Summer 2024 course - MAN5347 Performance Management (6/24-8/9). I want to use the state tuition waiver form to pay for my courses; however, the registrar office informed me Friday that I must be a degree seeking or certificate program student for my waiver to be approved. I will remain in the Summer 2024 course MAN 5351 - Recruitment and Selection as there was a post graduate grant I received to cover those fees. I am still interested in obtaining a graduate certificate in Human Resource Management. When searching the UWF website, I cannot determine the correct application I should apply for submission that would allow me to use my state tuition waiver. I can find information about the certificate programs and courses in the program, but I am unsure of application. Can you provide me assistance with this matter so I can get my academics back on the right track? Or advise me of my best options. Thank you again for time and attention
