help me write an email to my fron office registrar explaining to her that I understand her fustrations with all the new standard work flow changes. I want to explain my approach regarding my managerial position, the state of the clinic and the vision moving forward. I feel like your very defensive with change and or constructive critism. I am under the impression that you do not feel as if you are a team player and that you tend to be very argumentive. I want you to feel as if I am providing education when making changes or having conversations. I understand Tom your previous manager may have not lead in this form. I would like to extend a new begining with our work life relationship. I want to remove any tension or hard feelings. I understand growth and change is difficult for most of us. Moving working in a team setting even though it may not be a part of your dailit responsibil;ities it is required for yupou to undersatand the processes and be able to identify the needed action to have a positive outcome.
