Your design should be implemented with only 3- input AND gates and a 4-input OR gate. [50 Points] a) Write the Truth Table and Boolean equations for the 4X1 MUX using inputs mentioned. [10] Implement a 4x1 MUX you designed using the Quartus software. Name your file "MUX_4 1". Compile the block diagram file and create a symbol by doing the following: File Create/UpdateCreate Symbol Files for Current File Illustrate your design on paper of the following Boolean expression using a 4X1 Multiplexer.
