Problem 1- Entity-Relationship Diagram Problem 25 Points Using Visio, draw an ERD for AutoFastFix in IDEF1x format. Includ e all appropriate entities an relationships. Indicate primary keys and attributes for all entities. Include all ordinalities and cardinalities AutoFastFix is a nationwide chain of automobile repair stores. Each of its stores- which are located in all major US cities - employs various technicians as well as one or two customer service agents and a store manager. The technicians each have one or more areas of expertise -such as car diagnostics, brake repair, transmission repair, computer/electronics repair, and so forth. Each store maintains a reasonably complete inventory of spare parts, although for some repairs it is possible that specialty parts need to be ordered from one of the company's vendors. In addition, stores on a weekly basis reorder common spare parts to keep their inventories filled Customers will bring their cars to a specific AutoFastFix store where a customer service agent records the customer's repair needs as well as some specific data about the car (make, model, year VIN number, mileage, etc.). Based on the car's repair needs, the store manager will assign one or more of the store's technicians to complete the repairs. During these repairs, the technicians may need to replace some damaged car parts with new parts from the store's spare parts inventory, for which the customer will of course be billed. In addition, the customer will pay for labor charges, and so the time each technician spends on the repair will need to be tracked. When customers pick up their car, they are presented with a detailed invoice, containing data about the actual repairs done, the time spent on these repairs, and which parts needed to be replaced. Customers will then pay for these repairs using cash, a check, a debit card, or a credit card. AutoFastFix has many corporate reporting needs. The number of cars fixed, the hours spent on repairs by store technicians, the types of repairs that are most common, and net earnings are reported on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis, both at the individual store level and at the corporate level Problem 1- Entity-Relationship Diagram Problem 25 Points Using Visio, draw an ERD for AutoFastFix in IDEF1x format.
