Help with auditing assignment

The following are elements of a Hearing Conservation Program:

Hazard identification and exposure monitoring Control methods (using the hierarchy of controls) Hearing protection devices (selection, use, and maintenance) Audiometric testing Hazard communication, education, and training Record keeping

1) Explain how you would Audit the program to ensure each element was actually in place (include 1 or 2 methods for each element)

2) What are some of the items you would look for in a walkthrough (Include what senses you would use). Please add some questions you might ask the workers

3) Other than hearing loss include some of the other health effects of noise exposure and if you think workers should be educated on those health effects

4) During your walkthrough, you notice that the process utilizes styrene which is ototoxic. Include any recommendations that you could make to the program as a result of that
