Help with this please

You have applied to work at 2 different sawmills for the summer and each has offered you a job- on relief. That isI you only get called into work when the mill is really busy. Both mills handle th same amount of wood per day on aveage, and the regular staff is usually able to handle this average amountplus or minus a little bit. For one mill the standard deviation of the amount of wood handled per day is small, whereas for the other it is very large. Which mill would you rathi work at and why
