First,  concisely describe the background of the case and identify the Issue of the trial. Identify the plaintiff and the defendant.

Next, select and identify a specific procedure such as issues of jurisdiction, right to a trial, discovery, pleadings, rules of evidence, rules of the trial, beyond a reasonable doubt, or any aspect of the criminal or civil procedure discussed in Unit 6 video lecture. Describe the procedure you selected. For example: "The standard of beyond a reasonable doubt is..."

Then discuss how the legal process shaped the litigation and the court's decision.
