Henry is involved in an accident in which his car is hit by one driven by Adrian. The accident was caused by a third party driving into Adrian, forcing him into Henry. It was raining at the time and Adrian was not keeping a safe distance from Henry's car. Henry himself was not wearing a seatbelt and was driving erratically.
