Here are the guidelines and requirements for project 2 a. You will develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and provide Gantt Chart for your project and identify the relevant project management plans related to your project in the following: i. Develop the five management process groups as explained in chapter 3 of your textbook (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing). ii. Under each process group, list your tasks and subtasks as related to your project (examples can be found in Fig 3-3 and Fig 3-4 of your textbook. In each process group, you must list the tasks you intend to complete under each one for your Gantt chart, including the schedule/days for each completion to form the chart. This Gantt chart will be saved as a pdf and submitted separately. Again, once you have developed your tasks and sub-tasks under each process group, you will create a Gantt Chart using Microsoft Project software. This must be submitted as a pdf file separately. Videos are provided on how to create a Gantt chart or WBS using Microsoft Project software on the blackboard. iii. Secondly, in a separate word document, you will document and explain these tasks and subtasks one by one after creating the Gantt chart. For example, if you have a "Stakeholders meeting under 'initiation', you must explain in detail the minute of the meeting, what transpired and what decisions were made, etc.". each task must be explained. (it is better to provide one paragraph of explanation for each task. This must be explained in the past tense because at this stage, you have already executed and developed the project. iv. You will be submitting 2 files. One file will be about 4-7 pages of a word document file and another separate pdf file for your WBS/Gantt Chart. Do NOT submit your Gantt chart as a project file. It must be submitted as a pdf file. Note: Your word document file for descriptions of your tasks and subtasks must be in double line spacing, 12-point font size, and Times New Roman. Ensure you underline each task for easy reading and clarity. You must also have a title page according to the APA guidelines.Website And Mobile App Development of Shelby Airlines The purpose of this project is to develop a mobile application for our airline company to improve user experience and convenience for customers as a whole.
