a) Create a point-form list identifying all identified pain points as described through elicitation
b) Your SWOT analysis should be visualized as a 4 category grid for Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat
i) Identify how the changes proposed through the recorded elicitation will improve the scenario or situation within the organization.
ii) Document weaknesses found within the elicitation as identified by the stakeholders along with weaknesses you observe being generated internally by the proposed changes.
(1) Identify supporting activities, modifications, updates or other accommodations which would need to be made to handle the proposed changes
iii) List how the proposed changes can create new opportunities and/or enhance the environment
iv) Identify threats that can be generated due to the implementation of these changes
2) Deliverable: Write a one-page summary identifying the greatest weaknesses and the preliminary (point-form) plan as to how you would address these concerns.
