here i have to develop a java web based application.....(EE eclipse) in that i have to create one page about tour packages and offers details. this page must have these 4 functions to be implemented insert ,update ,delete and select functions. and also we have to connect this in Database too we have to show those outputs in DB too.(My SQL workbench) also this page will be handled by the admin so i'm planning to do the two pages for login and registration of Admin.

So please help me to make this page....i know it will take some time....it's ok just i only want this page.

I'll attach some sample pages....just like this i want the simple page with java based and DB connected.
