a) Identify any five questions that differ in their scale types. Mention the question number and name the type of scale (nominal, ordinal, etc.) with specific name for each scale (likert, etc.).
b) With those same questions, justify with explanations why the scale is appropriate for the information needed.
c) Identify or name the constructs related to your chosen questions.
d) Identify one qualitative question (question number)? Why was it needed?
e) Identify any likert question and justify if the number of categories/levels for that question. Would you add more levels? Why or why not?
f) Propose necessary changes needed in the introduction section.
g) If you had to redo the survey, how would you re-design it? Would you propose any new question or delete any existing one? Provide reasons. (hint: Is the length appropriate? Are any questions not relevant? Do these questions follow acceptable practices on survey design?)
