Here is the scenario -

You work for the New Hampshire Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. In its wisdom, the General Court has decided that as a matter of public interest, magicians must obtain a license from the newly created Board of Magicians. As a staff member for the newly created Board, it has fallen on you to draft a set of rules that tell prospective magicians what the requirements of maintaining licensure are.

You should include -

1. The substantive requirements to obtain a license;

2. An application process; and

3. A renewal process.

Your rules should reflect those of any other licensed profession, but no more than three pages formatted as rules are, please.
