On March 24 the faculty in the Management Department within the College of Business will be meeting in a half-day retreat to consider the needs of management students and the future direction of the department. To help me prepare for that meeting, I would appreciate your input on the following questions. 1. What are the key benets the Management Department offers to students and the community? 2. How do these benets differentiate us from the management programs of other colleges? 3. What skills do you think an ideal Management Department graduate should possess? 4. Is there anything that the Management program no longer needs or can de-emphasize? Though these questions are most relevant to Management majors. i would appreciate input from any of you.
