Hermes Corporation has decided to launch 'Project Phoenix to Upgrade the E$-$commerce Platform of the Company: Futureproof Catalyst Pic. After an initial meeting with the key stakeholders two schools have emerged.

The company is considering a major software architecture upgrade for the e$-$commerce platform. The current architecture is moriolithic, leading to scalability issues and hindering the addition of new features. Two upgrade options are being considered
