Heinterviewed with Sunny Electric,located at 621 Casa Drive, YourCity, Your State, to work as anelectrician and maintenance man.Sunny Electric required eligibility towork under federal law, whichincludes Hernan presenting awritten confirmation of the termsof his employment with SunnyElectric. Sunny Electric agreed topay him $75,000 per year andprovide him a 3-year employment agreement. Hernan will receivehealth insurance, term lifeinsurance (equal to one year of hissalary), and two weeks of paidleave per year. The same is neededfor presentation to the Immigrationcourt so he can qualify as an alienworker. Once completed, Hernanwas able to start work. After hewas approved by immigration,Hernan was very productive.Management was impressed, andassigned him more responsibilityincluding working withmanagement about the benefits ofinstalling a solar grid. Inpreparation for his presentationand installation of the grid twomonths ago, Hernan climbed a 15-foot ladder to get better view of the roof and installation pointsdespite windy conditions.
