With the executive team wanting to test a plant-based burger, I would recommend that David update the team and then let the executives know that this will also make the launch later than planned.

Quality-David needs to reevaluate the process to be Resource-driven and inform the executives that if they want to use the quality resources they initially started with then they will have to focus more on the resources they are using. The situation with the avocados will need to be based on quality because if that is a changing factor than they might need to think of another topping.

Budget-David should let the executives know that because of the last minute change and wanting to try the plant-based burger, the budget will grow. They will need to spend more on ingredients and testing out a new burger will require the culinary team to help out and you will have to pay them too. A reevaluation of the scope will show the executives how much the budget will increase.

Timeline-David should let the executives know that the timeline will definitely change because of the added task of the plant-based burger. This will increase the time that they will have to spend on making sure the highest quality ingredients are used by the culinary team.
