Hey I had a few questions about the Night Stalker (Richard Ramirez) case that I couldn't figure out. 1. a) I was wondering if there were any precedent that influenced the case and if so what were they. Like were there any similar cases impacting the decision? Or is it the one setting precedent? b) what is an outline of the verdict and sentence he was given? 2.
