Hey! Problem! Big Problem! Its nothing to do with your Tweet suggestion that was amazing. I sold about a dozen blouses this week, all thanks to you. But Ive got a BIG problem now. All the items have already shipped, and I just, JUST found out that one of my material suppliers was A little loose with the description of their fabric, to put it nicely. While they TOLD me it was eco friendly, natural fiber, apparently its ACTUALLY a blended material. Its just over half natural and almost friggin 40% SPANDEX! What should I do??? Nobody is going to trust me again if they figure this out! Its completely against the whole spirit of the company! Weve got to get out ahead of it I figure Let the buyers know the truth without You know Making it sound too terrible. Any chance you can whip up an email for me that spins this a bit and salvages the situation? Id be willing to like Donate half the proceeds from their last purchase to the World Wildlife Foundation. Or maybe give them 10% off their next purchase? Would either of those things help? Ugh, I have no idea what to do. Im really sorry to keep bothering you, but I just dont know who else to ask. What should I tell them???
