hi actually i emailed to holmes college for fee refund because they have cancelled my application whereas i wanted to do study in holmes but they cancelled my admission due to change of agent and when i said them to refund my fee , they sent me back 10000 i submitted 10250 they didnot send 250 i emailed them for return bac k my other amount 250 they said this was for enrollment which was not refundable .. so my problem is that i was happy to do study in holmes but they did not get me admission even i requested many times and i do not submit fee, when they allow me to submit then i submit it and after that cancel my application even also waste my time and i request them many times but they did not give me and not enrolled me so .. please give me a sample in a professional way , i want to mail them
