My name is Monica. I am 51 years old and live in beautiful San Clemente, California. I am married with 3 children. I have a 33-year-old daughter, a 25-year-old son and a 16-year-old son.

I work for a Financial Institution and have been in the banking industry for over 25 years. I like to cook and entertain. I love the game of baseball. I am a Los Angeles Dodger fan! I also enjoy live music. I am working on a BA in Human Resource Management.

One of my experiences in planning and management was improving customer service and streamlining customer interactions. I led initiatives to enhance the customer experience, such as optimizing call center operations, implementing self-service options, and reducing response times to customer inquiries. One of the worst experiences that I havehad was a toxic work environment caused by ineffective leadership and management practices which led to high employee turnover.
