Basic parts of Strategic Plan: a. Overview of Business b. Mision, Vision and Corporate Goals c. Organizational Structure d. Job Specification and Job Description of Manpower type of business: co-working space note to tutor: there are no limits regarding the organizational structure and job specifications, this only a school requiremenr. but preferably the scenario is it is only a start-up company with only 1 branch. you can create a organizational structure with a CEO, managers, and etc. just please be able to explain to me why it is needed for this type of business. thank you so much for your help! i am hoping for a well explained and well formatted answer.
