In a conversation between a Pandya family member and yourself, they said they were still negotiating with banks about the loan for the renovation. Still, they asked to keep this information confidential from the D&D Construction owners, as this could delay the beginning of their renovation. 4. With a little bit of research, you found out that the area where the house is situated has a history of flooding, hence the need to consider significant measures to reinforce the house structure and plan for the delivery of supplies and insurance during the construction. 5. Due to the arrival of the twins, the Pandya family's first kids, the family has explained that it is non-negotiable that the renovation is completed by the 30th of November 2023, so the family can move in and be prepared for the babies. 6. While researching, you also discovered that the road towards the location changed into a slippery dirt road 2 km before the place where the mansion should be built. 7.
