Hi chegg please provide a step by step solution i just cant seem to get this formula correct.

a. Create a formula in G4 that will calculate the average sales over the 4 quarters for the Salesperson. Copy the formula down to the rest of the cells in the column.

b. Apply conditional formatting to the cells from C4 to F14, to highlight sales over one million, three hundred thousand dollars. Using a custom format, choose the font and fill colour.

c. In cell B17, use a SUMIF formula to calculate all 1st Quarter sales for the East region. Apply formatting for dollar sign and 2 decimal places.

d. In cell B18, use a COUNTIF formula to calculate the total number of Salespersons in the Central region.

e. Format the range C4:G14 to show commas with no decimal place. Adjust column width as necessary

f. The sales people from the West Region are eligible for a 2% bonus if their sales are over $95,000 in the 4th Quarter. In H4, create an IF/AND formula to identify which sales people are eligible for the bonus. If they are eligible, place the word Bonus in the cell. If not, leave it blank.

I already did all of the exercise down to E i'm Im trying to figure out a formula for below in bold
