My BCBA also takes a similar approach to my supervision where they put me in the shoes of a BCBA and have me try to think of what I would want to do as a BCBA when it comes to resolving situations with my client or thinking of future programs for them as well! What kind of other ways does your supervisor provide you feedback in line with the practices outlined in the reading? Do you guys set up a checklist for yourselves for training skills? Also how do you think you will balance constructive feedback and positive praise
